my three cats are my babies and i'm so lucky that they (mostly) get along with each other.

i've had beans and sweet potato since they were each roughly 2-3 months old. chicken came to live with me when she was a year old, when my friend's other cat was very angry about not being an only cat anymore.

  • age: 4 years
  • fur: toasted marshmallow
  • eyes: blue
  • likes: attention, being complimented, napping in sunbeams, visitors because there are new people to admire her
  • dislikes: not being looked at
  • strengths: very friendly
  • weaknesses: very needy
  • if she were human: her name would be barbara and she would be an aging pageant queen


  • sweet potato

  • aka: tater tot, gnocchi, waffle fry, casserole, tabo, potabus, sweet wabus
  • age: 2 years, but looks like she's <1 year
  • fur: long fluffy orange
  • eyes: almost the exact same color as her fur
  • likes: tube treats, catnip, napping underneath things, her spot in the bedroom window, silently observing us
  • dislikes: being touched for more than 30 seconds or by anyone but my husband, when there's a cat outside
  • strengths: fast as fuck
  • weaknesses: too small
  • fun? fact: the tip of sweet potato's tail was broken when she was a baby, so she's had a little crook in her tail long as i've known her. it doesn't seem to bother her which is good!!
